Dear guests
Before you arrive at the ball we would like to give you some practical information that will make the evening as smooth and comfortable as possible, please read the following info:
Your ticket includes only a small snack meal - so it’s recommended that you eat before you arrive the ball.
We recommend warm and good walking shoes and warm clothes - as it might get quite chilly and there will probably be a queue when all guests arrive at approx. the same time.
The doors open at 18:30
Gamle Logen have all rights reserved - there will be 2 bars that serves wine, prosecco and other drinks. There is unfortunately no other food service the ticket include.
All guests must arrive already dressed up. A wardrobe is available, however it is not possible to change to your outfit at the venue. As the wardrobes are before the toilets this would cause unnecessary queues.
We kindly ask you to change jackets and shoes already in the queue to the wardrobes so that everyone gets in as quickly as possible. Everyone must present their tickets either electronically or in paper format at the entrance to Gamle Logen.
Dress code : ball gown, evening gown, costume, tuxedo, dark suit, uniform or similar. Remember a mask!
Here you may download the program - however there will also be posters on the doors of the main rooms with the program.
The ball will be in the Main hall at the second floor. The intimate concerts will be at the first floor in the rooms Amaldus and Hoffpensjonisten. Please make sure you are seated or inside the room for the concert before it begins. It will not be possible to enter after concert has started.
